Brooke’s enthusiasm for educational facilities is evident in her work and involvement within her community. As a Principal and the K-12 Northeast practice leader, Brooke brings more than 25 years of experience creating consensus within diverse communities with effective solutions to complex problems. She brings leadership capabilities to each phase of a project, offering direct involvement with all aspects of programming, design, management and execution. Brooke is the firmwide leader on Project Management which allows her to work globally to promote, instill, and develop best practices for the firm.
Brooke is interested in how architecture impacts the culture of the place and supports a number of diverse programs. She leads the firm’s Social Purpose initiative, which gives 1% of the firm’s profits to socially responsible design initiatives, as well as the Boston office’s Diversity and Inclusion initiative; she also sits on the Perkins+Will Diversity Council. These initiatives allow Brooke to inspire and provide opportunities for thousands of students who are interested in the profession.
