This residential building provides a singular architectural experience in the neighborhood. The two main facades express dynamism with the unaligned double height balconies and the black support beams. Each façade is marked by structural elements that constitute a half-portico and by the large glass doors of the terraces, framed with aluminum and painted white. The facade allows the residents to enjoy great views of the city of São Paulo.

The reduced dimensions of the rectangular terrain led the architects to set the building in the center, leaving the sides reserved for gardens and recreational areas. Protected by the pergola, the pool is positioned in the narrow strip between the edge of the land and the building, getting sunlight most of the day during the summer.
