For nearly two decades, Ian has led and engaged all aspects of project development and design certification – from campus and facilities master planning through construction administration and post occupancy evaluations. His experience in healthcare planning, coupled with lean healthcare design and implementation, contribute to his efficient project design and delivery.
As an Associate Principal and Senior Medical Planner in Perkins+Will's Dallas and Houston offices, Ian has extensive experience in the design and construction of complex healthcare and institutional projects. Having managed and planned projects up to $750 million, Ian is well versed in meeting client expectations, project delivery, project management, and hospital planning.
Designated as one of the 2008 Building Design+Construction's 40 Under 40 Superstars, Ian was also a member of the 2007 Perkins+Will Leadership Institute and a founding committee member of the firm's Innovation Incubator.
